Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. No shows, as well as sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time, are non-refundable and will be charged and deducted from your membership package. Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious or unforeseen emergencies at the instructor’s discretion.
