Yoga Classes for Organizations and Groups

​I work with organizations committed to systemic change, compassionate care, and helping people live with dignity, especially those that support communities at the margins.
 
This work is often demanding, emotionally complex, and sustained over long periods of time. Without intentional support, it can lead to burnout, disconnection, and fatigue within teams. My role is to offer practices that help groups stay resourced, present, and connected to each other.
 
Group sessions create space for teams to pause, reset, and reconnect. These are not performance-based classes, they are accessible, inclusive, and designed to meet people where they are, regardless of experience or ability.

What is Included?

Private group yoga classes can include a mix of:

  • Gentle, accessible movement

  • Breathwork for nervous system regulation

  • Meditation and mindfulness practices

  • Contemplative practices to increase clarity

  • Grounding techniques for stress and overwhelm that support team resilience
     

Group yoga classes can be adapted to the needs of your team and could be used as:

  • A restorative break during the workday

  • A grounded way to transition in or out of intense work periods

  • An ongoing dedicated wellness program to support team cohesion and employee mental health
     

Workshops range from 60–120 minutes and are available virtually or in person for groups of 5–100 participants.

Pricing for Private Yoga Classes

If your organization is engaged in advocacy, care work, or community-based support, I recognize that resources are often limited and that the need for sustainable practices is high.
 

I offer sliding-scale pricing for group yoga classes where possible, with priority given to organizations that directly support marginalized communities.
 

Rates are offered as a general framework and can be adapted based on context, frequency, and organizational capacity:
 

  • Small groups (3–10): $150/hour

  • Medium groups (10–25): $300/hour

  • Large groups (25–50): $500/hour

  • 100+ participants: $750/hour
     

Travel fees may apply for in-person sessions outside of Metro Vancouver. Ongoing partnerships, series bookings, and community-based work can be priced collaboratively.

Extended Offerings

In addition to group sessions, I offer:
 

  • Mindfulness, meditation, or yoga classes for conferences

  • Ongoing weekly or monthly programming for staff support

  • Workshops for capacity-building and burnout prevention

  • Speaking engagements, including panels, breakout sessions, and keynote talks

  • Retreat facilitation for restoration and team building
     

Rates for these offerings vary depending on scope, duration, and level of preparation required.
