About the event

Whether you are a long-time activist or new to social justice this series may be for you.

Tantric practices are diverse and multifaceted. Join Kendra Coupland through an exploration of yogic practices rooted in Tantric tradition aimed at not only supporting activists, but helping them to build the resilience necessary to sustain their activism over an extended period of time.

The series will take place over 6 weeks, twice a week. Each 90-minute class will contain a lesson component as well as time to practice each of the techniques.

Practitioners will cultivate diverse tools to support both their inner and outer work including:

  • Movement & somatic practices

  • Guided meditation & contemplative practice
  • Esoteric philosophies & folklores for radical activism

What are the fundamental skills we will develop in this workshop?

  • Channeling an activated/triggered state into activism
  • Regulating the nervous system
  • Navigating burnout
