About the event
Whether you are a long-time activist or new to social justice this series may be for you.
Tantric practices are diverse and multifaceted. Join Kendra Coupland through an exploration of yogic practices rooted in Tantric tradition aimed at not only supporting activists but also helping them to build the resilience necessary to sustain their activism over an extended period of time.
Utilizing teachings from sacred texts The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali (aphorisms on the teachings of yoga), The Pratyabhijñāhṛdayam ('The Heart of Self-Recognition'), and the Sri Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra. ('Sacred Wisdom of the Fiercely Expansive, Liberating Consciousness') we will dive into self-care practices that support collective wellbeing.
