Gentle Yoga Weekly Drop In

A weekly trauma-informed class that combines deep breathing and mindful movement. All levels. All are welcome. The Gathering Place is a low barrier community center serving Vancouver's downtown southside population. The center has a membership fee of $2.00 for the year and all classes are included.
