To Know Myself, Again
Fri, Apr 03
|Zoom Meeting
The series is inspired in part by contemplative traditions from South Asia, including the nondual philosophy of Tantric Meditation. In that tradition, the word Pratyabhijñā means “recognition” — the re-cognition of our own awareness as something already present and fundamental.

About the event
Trust me when I say you aren't bad at meditation.
Most of us weren’t taught meditation in a way that actually fits our lives.
A lot of the practices that get shared today come from traditions developed in very different conditions—often for people living in monasteries or ashrams, with fewer external demands and a simpler daily rhythm.
Those practices aren’t wrong.
But they don’t always translate easily into a life shaped by constant input, exposure to social media, stress, and the daily responsibility of family life.
So when your mind doesn’t settle, or the practice feels frustrating, it’s easy to assume you’re the problem.
