This six-week online meditation series invites participants into a gentle exploration of awareness and self-recognition.

Join Kendra for
1-on-1 trauma informed, liberation focused, meditations, breathwork, and yoga sessions for practitioners of all levels.

Join Kendra at the Gathering Place on Mondays at 11AM and Fridays at 10:45AM for
public yoga classes.

Public meditations are on Thursdays at 6:30PM.
