Reclaim your peace. Expand your capacity.
Build sustainable skills that support a liberated life.
I work with people who feel left out of mainstream wellness, helping them build their capacity for a fuller, more connected life through embodied practice, critical inquiry, and relational wisdom.

Meet Kendra
I’m a Metro-Vancouver based yoga teacher and practitioner who works with activists, organizers, and caregivers who are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection from their bodies. I support them in building sustainable, grounded practices so they can continue their work without losing themselves.
I also train yoga teachers to critically examine and decolonize their practices. Alongside this, I work with individuals navigating trauma, identity, and systemic pressure who are seeking pathways toward self-reclamation and liberation.
My training includes over 1,000 hours of study in tantric and Kashmiri Shaiva traditions, completed while living in Tamil Nadu, India.
As a survivor of childhood sexual violence, this work is personal. Yoga isn't just a workout; it has been the foundation for reclaiming my body, mental wellbeing, and sense of agency. I now support others in reconnecting with themselves on their own terms.
I offer online classes and in-person sessions at my studio on unceded kʷikʷəƛ̓əm territory (Port Coquitlam).
