Just a quick reminder:
You’re allowed to take a break.
You’re allowed to take a time out to breathe.
You’re allowed to stop and go get some water.
You’re allowed to listen to your body.
You’re allowed to jog or run your tension off.
You’re allowed to make time for meditation and yoga.
You’re allowed to nourish your body.
You’re allowed to remove yourself from toxic situations.
You’re allowed to make yourself feel safe.
Self care is not selfish.
